Reason for Recommended Action/Background
An Agriculture Worker update was presented at the March 8, 2022 Board of Supervisors meeting. The Board asked to convene an AdHoc Committee to review the list of recommendations presented and come back with recommendations, as well as to incorporate the recommendations into a range of initiatives that fall within other departments that have agriculture services, track progress and to engage agriculture partners, including local farmers. This presentation will provide background information, proposed team creation, team deliverables and team budget for Board consideration.
