Recommended Action
Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session: The purpose of this session is to discuss matters of general Board governance, including related issues concerning effective leadership and good governance practices; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:
- Board Governance Manual Changes
- Board Assignment Rotation
- Board Meeting Protocols: Hybrid Format, Agenda Structure & Resolutions
- Round table on other matters concerning Board governance
