Recommended Action

  1. Accept as complete the tenant improvement project at 100 West Court Street, Woodland for the Innovation and Technology Services Department, performed under Agreement PO4096-Broward Builders, Inc.; and
                                                                                                      
  2. Authorize the Director of General Services to sign and record the Notice of Completion

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Broward Builders, Inc. completed the tenant improvement project for the Innovation and Technology Services Department, at 100 West Court Street, Woodland, on May 24, 2022 in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. The Board of Supervisors acceptance of the work, and authorization for the Director of General Services to record the Notice of Completion (Attachment A), will allow the Project to be closed out and final payment be made to the contractor. Additional background information on the project can be found in the last documents submitted to the Yolo County Board of Supervisors on September 28, 2021 (Attachment B) and on April 26, 2022 (Attachment C).
