Recommended Action

A. Acknowledge and thank the following for their service:
  1. Jesse Capitanio from the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board. (term expires 1/31/23)
  2. Marlene Bell from the Commission on Aging & Adult Services. (term expires 1/31/23)
  3. Verna Sulpizio Hull from First 5 Yolo Commission on Children & Families. (term expires 1/31/23)
  4. Jeri Wingfield from the Commission on Aging & Adult Services. (term expires 1/31/23)
  5. Aleecia Gutierrez from the Local Mental Health Board. (term expires 1/31/23)
  6. Pierre Neu from the Yolo County Housing Commission. (change in reps)
     
B. Accept the following resignations:
  1. Joe Galvan from the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council.
  2. Beverly “Babs” Sandeen from the Local Mental Health Board.
     
C. Approve the following appointments to the Yolo County Housing Commission for terms ending October 31, 2025.
  1. Albert Vallecillo as the City of Winters representative.
  2. Bill Biasi as the City of Winters alternate.

D. Approve the following re-appointments:
  1. Barbara Herren and J. Anne Rawlins to the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board for terms ending January 31, 2025.
  2. Mary Weathers, Jamie Reamer, Steve McCormick and Phyllis Dutra to the Clarksburg General Plan Citizen’s Advisory Board for terms ending January 31, 2025. 
  3. Sandie Reed to the Esparto General Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2025.
  4. Christine Tien and Stewart Thompson to the South Davis General Plan Citizens’ Advisory Board for terms ending January 31, 2025.
  5. Anthony Volkar to the Health Council as the District 1 representative for a term ending January 31, 2025.
  6. Kazys Shukis to the Parks, Recreation & Wildlife Advisory Committee as the District 1 representative for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  7. Maria Simas to the Local Mental Health Board as the District 1 representative for a term ending January 31, 2026.
  8. Nicki King to the Local Mental Health Board as the District 2 representative for a term ending January 31, 2026.
