Competitive Bid Process/Vendor Performance

On April 20, 2023, the County via the Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-Procurement) [formerly Department of Financial Services, Procurement Division] issued a Request of Proposal (RFP) on behalf of the Health and Human Services Agency (HHSA) for the Healthy Families America Program. The solicitation was open for 55 days, (just over 7 weeks). On May 17, 2023, DGS and HHSA offered potential bidders an opportunity to ask questions during a bidder’s conference.
