Reason for Recommended Action/Background
On September 2021, General Services conducted a competitive solicitation for security patrol services. Through that competitive solicitation, Patrol Solutions scored the highest based applicant on a grading matrix and entered into contract with the department in December 2021.
The department is requesting to extend the current term through June 30, 2024, with the same terms and conditions and increase the annual contract amount each fiscal year to an amount not to exceed $255,000. The original contract has the option to extend the term of the Agreement for up to three additional years through June 30, 2027, and this amendment preserves that option.
