Update to Planning Commission Rules
RECOMMENDED ACTION
That the Planning Commission:
A. Receive and review a redlined draft of proposed updated Planning Commission Rules (Attachment A); and
B. Adopt the Updated Planning Commission Rules.

REASONS FOR RECOMMENDED ACTIONS/BACKGROUND
Proceedings before the Planning Commission are governed by the Rules of Conduct adopted by the Commission. The Rules were last updated in 2016. Staff proposes that the Commission adopt the Rules with the changes reflected in the attached redline draft document found in Attachment A. The Commission has discretion to adopt any further modifications it sees fit, provided they are not in conflict with any statutory procedural requirements.
