Reason for Recommended Action/Background
Annually, the Board holds a Strategic Planning Session for the purpose of reviewing progress related to the Strategic Plan and providing an opportunity for Board feedback. The purpose of this Strategic Planning session is to provide an update on 2024-2028 Strategic Plan goal setting efforts and seek further direction from the Board.
Collaborations (including Board advisory groups and external partner agencies)
All County departments have actively participated in the Strategic Plan efforts that are the subject of this session.
