Reason for Recommended Action/Background
On January 14, 2025, the Yolo County Board of Supervisors approved a contract with Kofile Technologies to provide map restoration and preservation services to the Clerk-Recorder's office. The contract includes the purchase of five cabinets that allow the preserved maps to be hung and easily accessed by the public. These cabinets are a crucial part of the restoration project, keeping the maps well-preserved and protected against the wear and tear caused by continued use.

Yolo County ACE staff collaborated with the Department of Financial Services' budget team to put together the staff report.
