There is no additional fiscal impact, as these allowances have already been budgeted for.
Reason for Recommended Action/Background
See Attachment A for side letter with Stationary Engineers, Local 39 (General Unit).
While a previous side letter had captured this applicable uniform allowance, it has since expired, and was not included as part of the most recently negotiated MOU. Staff recommends the approval of the attached side letter providing Building Craftsmechanic I/II/III classes continue to receive an annual uniform allowance, effective the pay period that includes July 1, 2025.
