Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

Recommended Action

A. Remove the following:
  1. Nancy Pennebaker from the Agency on Aging \ Area 4.
B. Accept the following resignations:
  1. Viona Hague from the Winters Cemetery District effective December 31, 2025.
  2. Aliyah Moreno from the Waste Advisory Committee.
  3. Ixchel Alvarez from the Workforce Innovation Board.
C. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Heather Albin to the Workforce Innovation Board as a Business Representative representing Tauzer Apiaries for a term ending December 9, 2029.
  2. Justina Vega to the Waste Advisory Committee representing the Industry Category for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  3. Babette Beckwith to the Capay Cemetery District for a term ending January 4, 2027 January 7, 2030.
  4. Lesley Herger to the Capay Cemetery District for a term ending January 7, 2030 January 4, 2027
D. Approve the following re-appointments:
  1. Olena Sambucci to the Aviation Advisory Committee representing District 2 for a term ending on December 31, 2029.
  2. Shermain Hardesty to the South Davis General Plan Citizen’s Advisory Committee for a term ending January 31, 2027.
  3. Brian Morrissey to the Willowbank County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2029.
  4. Carol Grein to the Capay Cemetery District for a term ending January 7, 2030.
  5. John Regelbrugge to the Cottonwood Cemetery District for a term ending January 7, 2030.
  6. Jim Mayer to the Yolo County Flood Control & Water Conservation District representing District 2 for a term ending December 15, 2029.
  7. Paul Berg to the Elkhorn Fire Protection District for a term ending January 1, 2030.
  8. Colin Bettis and Jose Diaz Alfredo to the Winters Fire Protection District for terms ending December 31, 2029.
  9. Christopher Long to the Zamora Fire Protection District for a term ending January 1, 2030.
