Approve and authorize the Chief of Probation to sign Amendment #2 to Agreement No. 524 with the Housing Authority of the County of Yolo in the amount of $6,569.54 for a total contract amount of $35,381 through June 30, 2026 for maintenance and repairs on the Intergovernmental Transition House (IGT).

In May 2025, the Probation Department and the Housing Authority of the County of Yolo (YCH) entered into a renewal agreement for the Housing Authority to continue YCH's operation of the Intergovernmental Transition House (IGT) which serves offenders as they transition back into the community. The Housing Authority of Yolo County has operated the house since its inception and has run the facility smoothly and effectively. When the contract was renewed, it was done at an incorrect amount of $28,811.46 instead of $35,381. This contract is fully funded through the Community Corrections Partnership and was funded in its budget at the $35,381 level. The correct contract amount was also included in the Probation CCP budget and was approved by the Board of Supervisors so this action will have no adverse impact on CCP or County resources as no budget adjustment is necessary.
