Conduct Board Governance Session. The Board is expected to generally discuss and provide direction on matters of effective governance including but not limited to: good governance practices; governance self assessment; 2022 Board meeting calendar; transition to in-person meetings.

Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session: The purpose of this session is to discuss matters of general Board governance, including related issues concerning effective leadership and good governance practices; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:

• Governance self-assessment
• 2022 Board Meeting Calendar
• Transition to in-person meetings
• Subcommittee assignments
• Round table on other matters concerning Board governance
