Conduct Board Governance Session. The Board is expected to generally discuss and provide direction on matters of effective governance including but not limited to: good governance practices; government assessment; board assignment process protocol; and advisory committee policy.
Recommended Action
Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session: The purpose of this session is to discuss matters of general Board governance, including related issues concerning effective leadership and good governance practices; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:
- In-chambers meetings
- Future Board Governance Sessions
- Round table on other matters concerning Board Governance
