- Chuck Dudley from the Yolo County Planning Commission.
C. Approve the following appointments:
- Paul Berg to the Elkhorn Fire Protection District for a term ending January 1, 2026.
- Carlos Pena to the Emergency Medical Care Committee as an Alternate Member representing Category C for a term ending January 31, 2024.
- Arthur Lawyer to the Willowbank County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2026.
D. Approve the following re-appointments:
