Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

A. Acknowledge and thank Margaret Walter for her service on the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Advisory Board.

B. Remove Jessica Cerniak and Tia Will from the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health Advisory Board.

C. Accept the following resignations:

1. JoeManuel Michel and Lucia Salas from the Cacheville Service District.
2. Mohammed Kayali from the Emergency Medical Care Committee.

D. Approve the following appointments:

1. George Tibbits to the Colusa Drainage District Division 3 as an At-large Director for a 4-year term ending December 31, 2025
2. Move alternate Carlos Pena to primary voting member on the Emergency Medical Care Committee in Category C with a term ending January 31, 2024.

E. Approve the following re-appointments:

1. Supervisor Jim Provenza to the Area 4 Agency on Aging Governing Board as the Yolo County Representative for a term ending December 31, 2022.
2. Patti Huston to the Area 4 Agency on Aging Governing Board as the Yolo County Alternate for a term ending December 31, 2022.
3. Nancy Pennebaker to the Area 4 Agency on Aging Governing Board as a Yolo County Public Member for a term ending December 31, 2022.
4. Dawn Myers, Terry Kelley and Seth Brunner to the Commission on Aging and Adult Services as at-large members for terms ending January 30, 2024.
