Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.

A. Accept the following resignations:

1.     Don England and Lynn Margaret Fostine from the Esparto Community Service District.
2.     Brenda Hensley from Parks, Recreation & Wildlife Advisory Committee.

B. Appoint John Lynch from an alternate to a permanent member position on the Assessment Appeals Board for a term ending September 3, 2023.


C. Approve the appointment of Jefferey Forzaglia to the Esparto Community Service District for a term ending December 5, 2025.


D. Approve the following re-appointments:

1. Tico Zendejas to the Yolo County Child Care & Development Planning Council for a term ending January 1, 2026.
2. Cherrie Blair to the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board representing Category A for a term ending January 31, 2025.
3. Carolyn Campos to the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board representing Category B for a term ending January 31, 2025.
4. Katherine Eastham to the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board representing Category B for a term ending January 31, 2024.
5. Olin Woods to the Transportation Advisory Committee representing Category C for a term ending January 31, 2026. 

E. Approve the following appointment in-lieu of election pursuant to Water Code Sections 50602 and 50740 and following:

1. Ammy Reyes to Reclamation District No. 1600 for a term ending December 5, 2025.
