Subject

Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Community Services Department and County Administrator's Office; and adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement 2022-23 Recommended Budget changes. (No general fund impact) (Lara)

Recommended Action

  1. Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Community Services Department and County Administrator's Office; and
     
  2. Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement 2022-23 Recommended Budget changes.

Explanation: This action increases the salary in FY21-22 for one pay period upon hire of new County Administrator.

Explanation: For FY22-23, this action increases the salary range by approximately 1% to maintain internal equity and remain 10% above Principal Civil Engineer.
