Reason for Recommended Action/Background
To provide the best experience and service to Yolo County residents and HHSA employees, access to Zoom is essential. Currently, the Gonzalez Community Room at the HHSA-Bauer Building has technology that doesn’t allow Zoom to be utilized. A Surface Hub will allow HHSA to utilize Zoom for staff meeting and training purposes as well as allowing County constituents to view Committee and Board meetings. An example would be the local mental health board. This equipment will be used in the Gonzalez Community Room temporarily and longer term in another conference room in the Gonzales building.
