Conduct Board Governance Session. The Board is expected to generally discuss and provide direction on matters of effective governance including but not limited to: Board Subcommittees, Board Assignments and Meeting Protocols.
Recommended Action
Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session: The purpose of this session is to discuss matters of general Board governance, including related issues concerning effective leadership and good governance practices; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:
- Board Subcommittees: 2023 Changes, roles and responsibilities, committee assignments & appointments
- Board Meeting Protocols: Agenda posting, timing of presentations & proclamations/resolutions
- Round table on other matters concerning Board governance
