Reason for Recommended Action/Background
According to Penal Code §933 and 933.05, the respondents named in a Grand Jury report are required to respond in writing to the Grand Jury's findings and recommendations. The attached documents represent the responses from the Yolo County Board of Supervisors and the Health & Human Services Agency Director. Note: The Yolo County Sheriff and the Yolo County Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters responded under separate cover (responses attached for convenience). No response is required from the Board related to the Grand Jury report for the Yolo County Sheriff.
Upon approval and receipt, the responses will be forwarded to Judge Daniel M. Wolk as provided by law.
