Subject

Conduct Strategic Planning Session: the purpose of this session is to provide an update on 2020-2025 Strategic Plan efforts and seek direction on next steps, including but not limited to development of a new strategic plan for adoption in early 2024.

    1. Proceed with Current Strategic Plan
    2. Amend Current Strategic Plan
    3. Refreshed Strategic Plan Informed by Current Plan
       
  4. 2024 Board Priorities Discussion (Chair Villegas)
     
  5. Closing (Chair Villegas)

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Annually the Board holds a Strategic Planning Session for the purpose of reviewing progress related to the Strategic Plan and providing an opportunity for Board feedback. The purpose of this Strategic Planning session is to provide an update on 2020-2025 Strategic Plan efforts and to seek direction on next steps, including but not limited to development of a new strategic plan for adoption in early 2024.
