Reason for Recommended Action/Background
As directed by the Board of Supervisors on October 24, 2023, this item proposes creation of an ad hoc subcommittee focused on reviewing Mobile Home Park rent stabilization strategies in Yolo County and appoint Supervisors Provenza and Barajas as members. A proposed scope for the subcommittee is attached to this item. While the proposed scope anticipates the committee will operate for approximately six months, the continuing need for the subcommittee can be reviewed at any time.
Staff recommend that the Board approve the proposed scope and appoint Supervisors Provenza and Barajas to the subcommittee.
