Laurel Hansen to the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2020.
Margaret Walter to the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board representing Category C for a term ending January 31, 2021.
Randy Bloomfield to the Workforce Innovation Board as a representative of the Employment Development Department for a term ending December 12, 2021.

Blake Jessen and Joel Larsen to the Aviation Advisory Committee as At-large members for terms ending December 31, 2021.
