Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 19-133 with Yolo County Housing to add Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funding in the amount of $14,185.81 for 2020-21 for a new contract maximum of $157,334.73 for the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2025 to cover the maintenance costs for the Meadowlark property in West Sacramento. Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 18-212 with Stanford Youth Solutions to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2022 and add funding for 2021-22 in the amount of $1,001,049 for a new contract maximum of $3,837,354, for the period of September 1, 2018 through June 30, 2022 for the provision of Mental Health Services of Early Periodic Screening Diagnosis and Treatment for Seriously Emotionally Disturbed full scope Medi-Cal eligible children and youth age 0-20; and revise and clarify contract language as needed. Approve acceptance of a STARS Telemedicine restricted donation grant from UC Davis Health in the amount of $4,000 and the loan of telemedicine equipment to Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency for consultations with UC Davis Health clinicians, for the period of May 1, 2021 to July 31, 2022; and authorize the Chair to sign the related agreement. Authorize the Yolo County Procurement Manager to execute an amendment with Children's Home Society for Foster Care Emergency Child Care Bridge Program services to extend the agreement through June 30, 2022; and increase the contract maximum by $532,840, for a new contract maximum of $1,676,405.
