Receive drought update, affirm continuing drought emergency, and adopt resolution authorizing submittal of emergency drought grant funding application for dry well assistance program. (No general fund impact) (Rinde/Carey/Sabatini)

Award contract to Michael Brady for up to $620,000 to develop, coordinate and conduct combined table top and functional exercises focused on enhancing the Sacramento Delta region's readiness for flooding events. (No general fund impact) (Rinde/Carey)

Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 21-117 with TLCS, Inc. dba Hope Cooperative to add funding in the amount of $100,670 by adding CDSS PRK/Rehousing funding in the amount of $83,892 for 2021-22 and CSBG funding in the amount of $16,778 for 2022-23 for a new contract maximum of $5,816,086 for the period of April 1, 2021, through June 30, 2023, to provide Full-Service Partnership (FSP) Services for Medi-Cal eligible Seriously Mentally Ill Adult and Older Adult clients; and to update and clarify language in the agreement.
