Designate Ian Evans, Health & Human Services Agency Adult & Aging Branch Director, as a voting member of the Community Corrections Partnership Executive Committee. (No general fund impact) (Pogledich)

Authorize the County Purchasing Agent to enter into new contracts and amend existing contracts with West Coast Arborists in a cumulative amount not to exceed $400,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. (No general fund impact) (Haynes/Pistochini)

Adopt resolution directing SCI Consulting Group to prepare the Engineer's Report for the Esparto Park Maintenance and Operation Assessment District for 2022-23. (No general fund impact) (Yarris)

Approve lease agreement with Evans Family Trust to lease a property located at 1007 Live Oak Blvd, #B2, Yuba City, CA 95993 in Sutter County, for ten years, effective May 1, 2022 to April 30, 2032. The prior lease for a different location was held by Sutter County and as part of regionalization of the child support departments, leases will now be held by Yolo County for the Regional Child Support Agency.  (No general fund impact) (Dillon)

Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 17-201 with the Sacramento County Office of Education for the provision of day reporting center services to extend the term for one year through June 30, 2023 and increase the contract amount by an additional $620,000 for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $3,720,000 over the six-year term of the contract. (No general fund impact) (Fruchtenicht/Liddicoet)

19.
Adopt resolution granting the Public Defender approval to accept the Public Defense Pilot Program Funding approved by the Board of State and Community Corrections in the amount of $289,129 for a grant period of March 1, 2022, through March 1, 2023; authorize the Public Defender to execute the grant award agreement including all amendments or extensions; and adopt a budget resolution to increase the Public Defender's budget for 2021-22 by $289,129. (No general fund impact) (4/5 vote required) (Olson)

Approve third amendment to Agreement No. 17-217 with LocumTenens.com, LLC to add funding in the amount of $200,000 for 2021-22 for a new contract maximum of $2,200,000, for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022, for the provision of locum tenens medical psychiatric adult services. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)

Approve third amendment to Agreement No. 19-16 with CommuniCare Health Center, Inc. to add funding in the amount of $12,000 for 2021-22, for a new contract maximum of $225,041; and extend the agreement through February 28, 2022; and add an additional (1) month optional extension in an amount not to exceed $6,000 to continue securing supervised toxicology specimen collections for County referred Child Welfare Services clients. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)
 
22.
Approve fifth amendment to Agreement No. 18-256 with CommuniCare Health Centers, Inc. to increase funding in the amount of $49,970 for fiscal year (FY) 2021-22; and extend the agreement through June 30, 2023; and add funding in the amount of $199,970 for (FY) 2022-23 for a revised contract maximum of $877,440 for the period of September 1, 2018 through June 30, 2023, for the provision of Building and Strengthening Protective Factors services. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)

Approve and authorize the Chair to sign third amendment to Agreement No. 18-75, otherwise known as State Agreement No. 17-10363, with the California Department of Public Health to increase funding by $2,826,660 for 2021-22. This will result in a new contract maximum amount of $3,284,373 for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022 for the purpose of continuing immunization activities. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)
 
24.
Approve and authorize the Chair to sign State Agreement No. 22-20029 with California Department of Health Care Services to receive funding up to the amount of $1,500,000 for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025 for the provision of County-Based Medi-Cal Administrative Activities. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)
