Approve enrollment of the Yolo County electrical accounts not covered by existing solar and renewable accounts in the Valley Clean Energy UltraGreen Program and authorize certain County officials to take necessary actions to enroll. ($37,500 impact all funds) (Rinde)

Approve agreement with Yolo County Housing Authority to purchase and environmentally clear parcels adjacent to current Public Housing property for the purpose of redevelopment and overall improved safety and community integration for low and moderate-income families not to exceed $1,000,000 using American Rescue Plan funds for the period of July 1, 2022, through December 31, 2023. Approve agreement with Yolo Basin Foundation for providing school students a hands-on environmental learning experience of the local wetlands, agriculture, and wildlife in the Central Valley not to exceed $24,449 for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023. 15.
Approve agreement with Yolo Healthy Aging Alliance for providing expanded food access to low-income adults throughout Yolo County with an emphasis on reaching older adults in rural areas not to exceed $100,000 for the period of July 3, 2022 through December 31, 2024. 16.
Approve agreement with First 5 Yolo in the amount of $1,300,000 of American Rescue Plan funds for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023 to provide grants that will support and stabilize up to 250 currently open non-public providers in the childcare sector who have been essential workers during the pandemic. (No general fund impact) (Pinedo/York)
 
17.
Approve agreement with Yolo County Office of Education in the amount of $115,000 of American Rescue Plan funds for the period of July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024 to help support the increase of available childcare slots for infants, toddlers, and school-age children in existing licensed childcare centers, licensed Facility Child Care providers, and family, friend, and neighbor providers throughout Yolo County. (No general fund impact) (Pinedo/York)

Approve agreement with Yolo County Office of Education using American Rescue Plan funds in the amount of $400,000 for the period of July 31, 2022 through December 31, 2023 to create 16 additional infant and toddler childcare slots at the Cesar Chavez Community School. 19.
Approve agreement with the City of West Sacramento in the amount of $450,000 of American Rescue Plan funds for the period of July 20, 2022 through December 31, 2024 for the Downtown Streets Team program to provide interim housing to homeless or at risk of being homeless individuals while offering intensive case management and other supportive services. Approve agreement with the City of Woodland for American Rescue Plan funds in the amount of $700,000 for the period of July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 to assist with the initial startup costs and first three years of operations of the new Woodland branch of the Boys and Girls Club.
