Assembly Bill 361 authorizes local legislative bodies to hold public meetings via
teleconference and to make public meetings accessible telephonically or otherwise
electronically to all members of the public. Members of the public are encouraged to
observe and participate in the teleconference.

Action Item: Receive and file Correspondence (Attachment C) received by the YASPA JPA between 6/28/2022 and 6/30/2022. These items were forwarded to the JPA members via emails on 6/29/2022 and 6/30/2022; however, they were not included with the prior agenda packet since all correspondence was received subsequent to the public posting of the 6/30/2022 YASPA JPA meeting agenda.
