Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, find that the Governor's emergency proclamation for the COVID-19 pandemic remains in effect and that meeting in person would present imminent risks to the health and safety of attendees.
 
7.
Approve July 18, 2022 meeting minutes. 
 
8.
Receive and file preliminary FY21-22 year-end fiscal report.
 
9.
Receive FY 21-22 easement endowment report.
 
10.
Approve the reappointment of the three representatives from agricultural and wildlife organizations to continue serving on the Yolo Habitat Conservancy Implementation Advisory Committee for an additional term of two years. 
 
11.
Approve updates to the stewardship donation policy.
 
12.
Receive and file transmittal memo recommending the Hawk Creek Site for inclusion in the Yolo HCP/NCCP reserve system; approve the Hawk Creek Site as a candidate Yolo HCP/NCCP conservation easement site.
 
13.
Approve contract amendment with ICF Jones & Stokes Inc. to extend the term through December 31, 2022 for services related to the development of the Lower Cache Creek Reserve Unit No. 7 Management Plan.
 
14.
Authorize the Executive Director to take necessary actions to finalize the purchase of 26.393 mitigation credits on Tule Ranch Mitigation Receiving Site at a price of $7,000 per credit for a total of $184,751.

Receive presentation on Yolo Habitat Conservancy fees associated with Valley Elderberry Longhorn Beetle mitigation and hold a public hearing and adopt a resolution eliminating the per acre non-riparian elderberry transplant maintenance fee and increasing the per acre land cover fee and the valley foothill riparian fee.
