Renew authorization for remote (teleconference/videoconference) meetings pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 on the basis that (a) the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency is ongoing, and (b) meeting in person would present imminent risks to the health or safety of attendees. Receive, approve and file Requests for Exemption from Adopting a Conflict of Interest Code and Conflict of Interest Codes submitted by various districts during the 2022 Biennial Review. (No general fund impact) (Pogledich/Welton)

Approve second amendment to the County's Janitorial Services Contract with Lincoln Training Center. (General fund impact $479,000) (Pistochini)
16.
Approve project budget for the construction of the Yolo County Airport Run Up Aprons in the amount of $1,196,066 for 2022-23, authorize the use of General Fund Contingency in the amount of $65,783, adopt a budget resolution increasing the Yolo County Airport Capital Improvement Budget by $1,196,066 and authorize the Director of General Services to extend the expiration date on the Work Authorization under Yolo County Agreement No. 18-64 to December 31, 2022 with Mead and Hunt for construction support. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement Number 21-10279 with the California Department of Health Care Services for the period of January 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024 for the transfer of public funds to provide support for the nonfederal share of risk-based payments to managed care health plans for Medi-Cal health care services.
