Renew authorization for remote (teleconference/videoconference) meetings pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 on the basis that (a) the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency is ongoing, and (b) meeting in person would present imminent risks to the health or safety of attendees. (Attachment A)

Approve the minutes of the July 28, 2022 meeting (Attachment B).

Receive and file Correspondence received by the YASPA JPA between July 26, 2022, and July 28, 2022, that were previously forwarded to the JPA members via email (Attachment C).
