Approve agreement with Ameresco Inc., with a maximum compensation of $1,775,000 and a term up to 5 years, to provide continuing management of the County's landfill gas-to-energy facility. (No general fund impact) (Lindbo/Kieffer)

Authorize the County Counsel to execute new three-year contracts with local attorneys for conflict indigent defense services in the amount of $13,130.46/month per attorney for the 2023-24 fiscal year, with a stipend for the panel administrator and minor cost of living adjustments in subsequent fiscal years. Approve a Loan Agreement with the Yolo Fire Protection District in an amount not-to-exceed $500,000 for a term of five years, and authorize the Chief Financial Officer or designee to execute the Loan Agreement. (No general fund impact) (Rinde)

Adopt plans and specifications for the new Agriculture Department Corporation Yard, authorize the Director of General Services (or designee) to advertise for construction bids, and find that the project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Approve third amendment to Delegated Authority Agreement No. 21-293 with Yolo County Children's Alliance to add funding in the amount of $900,000 for 2022-23; and extend the term through June 30, 2024; and add funding in the amount of $2,700,000 for 2023-24 for a new contract maximum of $6,333,000 for the period of January 1, 2022 through June 30, 2024; and to increase option year funding; and to clarify language in the agreement, for the provision of CalWORKs Stage One Childcare services.
