Approve amendment to Agreement No. 4151 with Patrol Solution for security patrol services to extend the current contract term for one additional year through June 30, 2025 with the option to renew the agreement for up to two additional one-year terms through June 30, 2027, and approve the annual contract amount not to exceed $798,761.08 for fiscal year 2024-25. Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 24-86 with OLE Health dba CommuniCare OLE to reduce funding in the amount of $1,742,618 for a new contract maximum of $290,606; and shorten the term of the agreement to end on July 31, 2024 for the provision of Navigation Center Services in compliance with the new California Advancing and Innovating Medi-Cal (CalAIM) initiative. Approve agreement with OLE Health dba CommuniCare OLE in the amount of $2,165,032.92 for the period of August 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027 for the provision of children's outpatient wraparound mental health services. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)

Adopt resolution granting the District Attorney and/or Chief Deputy District Attorney authority to accept, on behalf of Yolo County, $51,966 in grant funds awarded by the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services for the Paul Coverdell Forensic Science improvement Program and adopt budget resolution increasing the Yolo County District Attorney's 2023-24 budget by $12,400. Approve and authorize the Probation Chief to enter into a three-year contract with the El Dorado County Probation Department for the provision of Secure Youth Treatment Facility (SYTF) services in the amount of up to $400,000 annually ($1,200,000 total), effective August 1, 2024 through July 31, 2027; and adopt budget resolution amending the Probation Department's 2024-25 budget in the amount of $422,000.
