Ratify Contract Change Order No. 001 to Agreement No. 24-208 with Nordic Industries, Inc. in the amount of $64,301.79, authorizing unanticipated and necessary extra work required by Caltrans associated with the installation and removal of a temporary shoulder closure along Interstate 5 for the Huff's Corner Levee Maintenance Project. Consider approval of the Knights Landing Flood Management Project; adopt an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program as the appropriate level of environmental review for the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act; and direct County staff to file a Notice of Determination with the County Clerk-Recorder and the State Clearinghouse.
