Approve American Rescue Plan (ARP) Community Benefit Grant proposal for
Sustainability Division
for an additional $20,500 to fund a contract with a grant writing firm that specializes in climate funding; delegate authority to staff to enter into the necessary agreements, and delegate authority to the Manager of Procurement to sign the agreements. (No general fund impact) (Brazil/Espitia)

Adopt various clarifying amendments to the Yolo County Personnel Rules and Regulations pertaining to special compensation and differentials for unrepresented employees. (No general fund impact) (Pannu/Rocke)

Approve sixth amendment to Agreement No. 18-55 with OLE Health dba CommuniCare OLE to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2025; and add CalWORKs funding in the amount of $95,000 to 2024-25; and add Housing Development Assistance Program (HDAP) funding in the amount of $161,302 to 2024-25 for a new contract maximum of $1,229,099.73, for the period of February 1, 2018 through June 30, 2025; and clarify the scope of work; and add budgets for 2024-25 for the provision of Housing and Disability Advocacy Program Services. Approve the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) 3 year plan. (No general fund impact) (Sullivan)

Approve second amendment to Agreement No. PO 4388 with NAMI Yolo to add funding in the amount of $34,770 for 2024-25, for a new contract maximum of $544,770 for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025, and to update and clarify language throughout the Agreement, for the provision of family and peer-led support services.
