Approve a three-year agreement with MBK Engineers in the amount of $475,000 for professional engineering and consulting services to undertake hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analysis that will describe and predict how the watershed and water course system in the Rolling Acres/West Plainfield area of Central Yolo County reacts to rainfall events and show the inundation of the study area in the 100-year event, and prepare a Feasibility Study Report to analyze alternatives for reducing flood risks in Central Yolo County. Authorize the Director of General Service to enter into a contract with Diablo Roofing, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $605,000 for the 500 Jefferson Blvd. Bldg. A West Sacramento, California Roof Project; and authorize the Director of General Services to approve change orders or amend the construction contract with Diablo Roofing, Inc. consistent with the applicable change order limits of the Public Contract Code, but not to exceed a cumulative total of $60,500. Approve a Change Order in the amount of $33,350 with Weber Builds for the Animal Services Spay and Neuter Clinic to increase the maximum compensation to $233,335 and find that further competitive bidding for the work described in the change order would have been unavailing and would not have produced any public advantage. Adopt budget resolution increasing the Yolo County General Services Department Park Division budget by $66,000 to replace and install a new diesel generator for the Cache Creek Regional Park Campground and approve an amendment to the 2024-25 authorized equipment list.
