Approve agreement with California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) in the amount of $30,000 from the effective date through December 31, 2025, for the provision of County participation in the Quality Measures and Performance Improvement Program offered by CalMHSA to support the County in meeting Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) reporting requirements for measurement year 2024. 26.
Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 4655-SHB-2023-YC with California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) to extend the term of the Agreement through June 30, 2026, and add funding in the amount of $1,402 for a new contract maximum of $4,206 for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026, for the provision of County participation in the State Hospital Bed Program. 27.
Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 22-31 with California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) to receive funds back from CalMHSA in the amount of $189,072.61, for the period of September 15, 2020 through June 30, 2026, for the provision of Workforce Education and Training (WET) program to support services to address the shortage of mental health practitioners in the public mental health systems. Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 24-252 with Yolo Community Care Continuum (YCCC) to add funding in the amount of $57,000 for a new contract maximum of $2,307,000 for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2027; and update County contacts and email addresses, for the provision of adult residential services through the Farmhouse Residential Treatment Program. Approve third amendment to Agreement No. 23-320 with Yolo Community Care Continuum to add funding in the amount of $120,000 by adding $60,000 for 2024-25 and $60,000 for 2025-26 for a new contract maximum of $3,395,667.79 for the period of January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026, for the provision of Adult Crisis Residential Services at Safe Harbor. Approve seventh amendment to Agreement No. 22-135 with Willow Glen Care Center to extend the term of the Agreement through June 30, 2026; and add funding in the amount of $1,705,127 by adding $305,127 to 2024-25 and $1,400,000 to 2025-26, for a new contract maximum of $6,199,718.33, for the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026 for the provision of mental health services, including board and care, psychiatric and mental health rehabilitation center (MHRC) residential facilities. Approve sixth amendment to Agreement No. 21-19 with North Valley Behavioral Health to add funding in the amount of $12,362, for a new contract maximum of $4,412,520, for the period of January 26, 2021 through June 30, 2025, for the provision of operations and specialty mental health services at Pine Tree Gardens Board and Care facilities. Approve second amendment to Agreement No. 22-178 with The Regents of the University of California ("University") on behalf of the Davis Campus Center for Human Services and Professional Education for the provision of state mandated staff development and training services to add funding in the amount of $21,250 for 2024-25 which includes an in-kind contribution in the amount of $1,487.50 from University for a new contract maximum of $259,250 the period of July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2026.
