Approve Community Benefit Grant proposal for $2,997 to support Woodland Jr. Wolves Football purchase of safety equipment for youth, and delegate authority to staff to complete the necessary agreement with Woodland Jr. Wolves Football. (No general fund impact) (Webb/Espitia)

Approve second amendment to the grant management contract with Thurmond Consulting LLC to extend the contract through June 30, 2026 and increase the contract maximum by $48,450 to perform grant administration and management of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other housing-related funding awards. 15.
Approve Engage Empower Implement grant subaward agreement with Health Education Council in the amount of $104,119 for the period of July 1, 2025, through July 1, 2027; approve Engage Empower Implement grant subaward agreement with RISE, Inc. in the amount of $90,500 for the period of July 1, 2025, through July 1, 2027; approve Engage Empower Implement grant subaward agreement with Yolo County Office of Education in the amount of $63,000 for the period of July 1, 2025, through July 1, 2027; and delegate authority to the Manager of Procurement to sign the subaward agreements in substantially the forms attached, subject to approval as to form by County Counsel as to any changes from the attached.
