Adopt resolution declaring that portions of County-Owned properties (portion of APN: 010-371-007 & 008 and portion of 2nd Street) are exempt surplus land no longer required for County use and may be transferred to the City of West Sacramento for the I Street Bridge Replacement Project, authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the quitclaim deeds, and delegate authority to the Director of Public Works to undertake any other necessary actions to complete the property transfers to the City of West Sacramento (No general fund impact) (4/5 vote required) (Cormier/Riddiough)

- Resolution No. 25-79 proclaiming a local emergency by the Yolo county Board of Supervisors (Oakdale Fire).

Approve fifth amendment to Agreement No. 19-161, the County's Janitorial Services Contract with Lincoln Training Center, to extend the Agreement through September 30, 2025 and increase the maximum compensation by $510,023 for services through September 30, 2025 not to exceed $6,752,959 during the entire term of the Agreement. Approve public art proposal recommendation of the Art Advisory Committee for Walnut Park Library and delegate authority to the Director of General Services to sign and execute contracts, approved as to form by County Counsel and as necessary to implement the art proposal.
