Approve agreement with the Cache Creek Conservancy for conservation project and planning services, with a term ending June 30, 2029, including the option to extend the agreement for up to three additional five-year terms, and a not-to-exceed amount of $500,000 per County fiscal year. Authorize the Chief of Probation to accept the Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) funding in the amount of $173,845 and to sign the attached agreement from the Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) for the period October 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026 on behalf of the law and justice departments (District Attorney, Probation, Public Defender and Sheriff) and adopt budget resolution amending the District Attorney, Probation, Public Defender and Sheriff's budgets for the 2025-26 Adopted Budget as outlined in the attached budget resolution in the amount of $173,845. Approve the C25 Boating Safety and Equipment Grant Agreement between the Yolo County Sheriff's Office and the California State Department of Parks and Recreation, authorize the Yolo County Sheriff-Coroner-Public Administrator as signatory, adopt budget resolution increasing appropriations in the Sheriff's Marine Patrol Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget in the amount of $140,000, and approve the amendment to the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Authorized Equipment List.
