Meetings of the Yolo Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCo) are held in person in the Board of Supervisors chambers, located at 625 Court Street, Suite 206, Woodland, CA. LAFCo will, to the best of its ability, provide hybrid and remote options for LAFCo meeting participants and to the public; however, LAFCo cannot guarantee these options will be available due to technical limitations outside our control. For assurance of public comment, LAFCo encourages in-person and written public comments to be submitted. The Zoom link / phone number and instructions for participating in the meeting through Zoom are set forth in the "Public Participation Instructions" on the final page of this agenda.
NOTICE:
This agenda was posted at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Special Meeting in a location freely accessible to the public, in accordance with the Brown Act (Gov. Code ยง 54956).
The public may subscribe to receive emailed agendas, notices and other updates by contacting staff at lafco@yolocounty.org.
All persons are invited to testify and submit written comments to the Commission. If you challenge a LAFCo action in court, you may be limited to issues raised at the public hearing or submitted as written comments prior to the close of the public hearing. All parties and participants on a matter to be heard by the Commission that have made campaign contributions totaling more than $500 to any Commissioner in the past 12 months must disclose this fact, either orally or in writing, for the official record as required by Government Code Section 84308.
