Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 25-228 with Crestwood Behavioral Health Inc. to decrease funding in the amount of $2,517,500 for a new contract maximum of $6,482,500, for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028 and approve a 4% increase to the rates effective July 1, 2026, for the provision of 24-hour, long term mental health residential and rehabilitative services for Seriously Mental Ill (SMI) adults. Approve and authorize the Chair to sign Agreement No. 25-79021-000 with the California Department of State Hospitals in the amount of $4,948,384 for the period of January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2028 for the provision of Jail-Based Competency Treatment Project. Approve first amendment to Agreement No. 25-192 with North Valley Behavioral Health to extend the term of the agreement through June 30, 2028; add funding of $1,193,347 for 2026-27 and $1,193,347 for 2027-28, for a new contract maximum of $3,580,041 for the period of July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2028; and update daily bed rates from $110/bed/day to $115/bed/day for the provision of operations and specialty mental health services at Pine Tree Gardens Board and Care facilities. Authorize the Chair to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Davis in the amount of $105,000 in revenue for the period of March 1, 2026 through February 28, 2027 to contribute funding to the Behavioral Health Receiving Center. (No general fund impact) (Morales)
