Approve agreement with Wood Rodgers, Inc. to provide engineering services to analyze current drainage conditions and assess the impact of adding sidewalks on select streets on the eastern side of the Town of Esparto for fiscal years 2026-27 through 2028-29, in a total amount not to exceed $255,441.74; and delegate authority to the Director of Public Works or the Director’s designee to sign the agreement and additional forms, documents, and/or amendments as necessary relating to this agreement, provided there is no increase to the total maximum compensation. NOTICE 
Pursuant to Government Code section 84308, members of the Board of Supervisors are disqualified and not able to participate in any agenda item involving contracts (other than competitively bid, labor, or personal employment contracts), franchises, discretionary land use permits and other entitlements if the Board member received more than $250 in campaign contributions within the preceding 12 months from the applicant or contractor, an agent of the applicant or contractor, or any financially interested participant who actively supports or opposes the County’s decision on the agenda item. Members of the Board of Supervisors who have received, and applicants, contractors or their agents who have made, campaign contributions totaling more than $250 to a Board member within the preceding 12 months, are required to disclose that fact for the official record of the subject proceeding. Disclosures must include the amount of the campaign contribution and identify the recipient Board member(s) and may be made either in writing to the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors prior to the subject hearing or by verbal disclosure at the time of the hearing.

 
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION INSTRUCTIONS:
 
  1. All meetings of the Yolo County Board of Supervisors are held in person at the Board Chambers, located at 625 Court Street, Woodland, Room 206. While the Board chambers are open for public attendance, you are strongly encouraged to observe the live stream of the Board meeting at www.yolocounty.gov (Board Meetings > Live and Archived Video Streaming of Meetings).
     
  2. The Yolo County Board of Supervisors offers teleconference participation in the meeting via Zoom as required by the Ralph M. Brown Act. The Zoom link is https://yolocounty.zoom.us/j/84359964086, Meeting ID: 843 5996 4086 or phone in via 1-408-638-0968 Meeting ID: 843 5996 4086. If a technical error or outage occurs with the Zoom feed or any other equipment is otherwise disrupted for any reason, the Yolo County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to continue the meeting without remote access.
     
  3. If you are joining the meeting via Zoom and wish to make a comment on an item, press the "raise a hand" button. If you are joining the meeting by phone, press *9 (star then 9) to indicate a desire to make comment. Press *6 (star then 6) on your phone's keypad to toggle between mute and unmute. The moderator will call you by name or phone number when it is your turn to comment.
     
  4. All speakers, whether participating in-person or remotely will be limited to 2 minutes.
