ZF #2025-003: Public hearing to consider a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on the El Macero Country Club General Plan Amendment Project. The project includes requests for a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of a portion of the 170-acre El Macero golf course parcel (APN 068-130-010) from Parks and Recreation (PR) to Residential Low (RL), a Rezone to change the zoning from Parks and Recreation (P-R) to Low Density Residential/Planned Development No. 66 (R-L/PD-66), a Tentative Parcel Map to create three new residential parcels, and a variance to allow a reduced front yard setback for two of the three lots. A Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). ZF #2026-011: Hold a public hearing to consider a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to adopt an Ordinance approving and authorizing the execution of a Development Agreement between the County of Yolo and the Sites Project Authority regarding the Sites Reservoir Project. The Sites Project Authority certified a Final Environmental Impact Report/Environmental Impact Statement (EIR/EIS) (SCH #2001112009) on November 17, 2023, covering project alternatives, including the Dunnigan Pipeline. Any person who is dissatisfied with the decisions of this Planning Commission may appeal to the Board of Supervisors by filing a notice of appeal with the Clerk of the Board within fifteen (15) days from the date of the action. A Planning Commission Appeal Form and appeal fee immediately payable to "County of Yolo" must be submitted at the time of filing. The Board of Supervisors may sustain, modify or overrule this decision.
