The Yolo Animal Services Planning Agency met on the 28th day of July, 2022, via teleconference at 2:00 p.m. pursuant to Government Code section 54953(e)(1) (as amended by Assembly Bill 361), available at the following link.

These items were forwarded to the JPA members via emails on 6/29/2022 and 6/30/2022; however, they were not included with the prior agenda packet since all correspondence was received subsequent to the public posting of the 6/30/2022 YASPA JPA meeting agenda.

Cindy Scneider, Ann Kokalis and Lea Rosenberg addressed the Board during public comment. Additionally, comments from Evelyn Dale, Julie Chang and Odette Christiansen were read into the record. |

It was noted that Gerardo Pinedo was not able to attend this meeting, so this item will be brought back at the August meeting. |
