The Yolo Animal Services Planning Agency met on the 26th day of May, 2022, via teleconference at 2:00 p.m. pursuant to Government Code section 54953(e)(1) (as amended by Assembly Bill 361), available at the following link.

- Minutes of the April 27, 2022 are corrected to read as follows:
- Item 9 - Included Application Nos. 19-064 - Teichert Land Co. and 19-065 - Triangle Properties, Inc. as part of Stipulations.
- Item 12.A - Considered Assessment Appeal Application Nos. 18-46, 18-47, 19-072 and 19-073 - 2015 filed by ESA Project Co LLC. Nathan Gangloff and Cristhian Tucker, agents for the applicant, appeared. Agents, Real Property Appraiser Tim Landregan and Principal Auditor- Appraiser Eileen Lee addressed the Board.
