Per Government Code Section 54953, it was announced this item includes a recommended adjustment to the County Salary Resolution to increase salaries of the Assistant County Administrator, Deputy County Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Probation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, County Counsel, Director, Community Services, Director, Human Resources, and Health and Human Services Director to align with the results of a salary survey. Approved Resolution No. 22-162 which was corrected to reflect the minimum wage for extra help should be $15.50 an hour instead of $16 an hour on Consent. |
