Approve agreement with the City of Davis using American Rescue Plan funds in the amount of $397,978 for the period of January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, to launch a Davis Chapter of the flagship Downtown Streets Team (DTS) model where the DTS will manage a team of 15 volunteers (serving at least 60 individuals) to supplement existing cleaning initiatives undertaken by the City of Davis in the downtown areas.
