Receive the 2022-23 3rd Quarter Monitoring Report, adopt a budget resolution amending the 2022-23 revenues and appropriations, and approve the fiscal year 2023-24 Recommended Budget. (General fund impact $112,166,342) (Pinedo/Rinde)

Minute Order No. 23-53: Approved recommended actions by Budget Resolution No. 22-121.30 and Resolution No. 23-99 with the addition of $17,000 unallocated funds from the Cannabis Tax Expenditure Plan be applied to the Woodland Soccer Club, $40,000 to Hate Free Yolo; and that Library Development Impact Fees of $3,100,000, Library Community Fund Development Special Tax fund of $5,290,900 and Capital Improvement Reserve of $1,997,251 be transferred into the South Davis Library Capital Project Fund according to Option 1 as set forth in Attachment R of the Staff Report.
